Ancient Chinese
Warring States Dagger Axe (475 - 221 BC) A Ge or dagger ax of ancient China and dates to the Warring States period. This example is rather light weight and slender with a profile similar to swords from the same period. It is also sharp. These dagger axes were attached to the ends of long wooden poles and presumably swung at opponents in battle.
